I am licensed in California and Oregon with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I’m easy going and find that building a relationship takes time and communication. I have a lot of life experience to bring to the table as well as empathy for listening and being present. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Currently I am only accepting new clients for chat/messaging and phone sessions. This will change down the road-but for right now it works with my daily schedule.
