Nili Askari

Nili Askari, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, brings a wealth of experience in assisting individuals, couples, and families with various challenges they face. With a background in working with dual diagnosis clients in both inpatient and private practice settings, Nili has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and addiction. Nili holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCSD and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Orange County. During her studies, Nili completed her practicum hours at the Chicago School’s Counseling Center, where she gained valuable insights while working with individuals ranging from 18 to 74 years old, each with unique backgrounds. Nili’s extensive experience includes working with diverse populations, individuals with personality disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, relational issues, age-related challenges, and life-altering events. In her therapeutic approach, Nili places great emphasis on the present moment, collaborating with clients to achieve their goals and establish a harmonious balance between their emotional, social, and physical well-being. Her ultimate aim is to enhance their overall quality of life and personal fulfillment.
