Nils Ringo

Nils Ringo is a male therapist who specializes in working with individuals and relationships to promote healing, resilience, acceptance, and growth. With a systemic and humanistic approach to therapy, Nils welcomes all aspects of identity, relationship, and experience into the therapeutic process. His main priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to be understood and to collaborate on achieving their therapeutic goals. Nils offers a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including skill-building, measuring successes, processing difficult emotions, navigating grief and hurts, and fostering authenticity and connection in both the self and relationships. Nils holds a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University and primarily practices in a private setting in Seattle, Washington.
