Noe Rios (LPC)

It’s okay to ask for help, and I offer a space where you can tell your story and approach your problems without judgment. I have degrees and experience, but some of my best education has been my own life experiences. I’ve walked some rocky paths, especially in my youth, and it’s taught me to be human first, clinician second. Together we can confront the day’s challenges and examine how these might be impacting the way you feel and what you do. I have experience helping people with substance abuse issues, anger management problems, and persons who have engaged in intimate partner violence. I also have a background working with depression and anxiety.
