My passion is to see my Client’s develop insight into their situation in which they can create a positive change and bring a healthy balance back into their life. Helping clients develop personal insight, regaining trust in self and others, as well as developing & deciphering verbal/non- verbal communication. Are you facing a devastating/overwhelming life event? Struggling with work in a service field? A new diagnosis? Feelings of sadness or anger making life feel to difficult, or even hopeless? Together we can navigate through those feeling to get to a place of movement and competency. I specialize in Military Veteran’s health issues, Trauma/PTSD, Men’s issues, Marriage counseling, Biblical counseling, Transitions for ExPats, as well as other Mental Health issues. I have a good understanding of International Cultures. My aim is to help client’s meet their desired outcome by treating mind, body, and soul using a variety of theories and techniques that fit the individual, and help them acquire wholeness.
