RaShanda Will is an experienced and compassionate therapist who believes that life is a journey filled with challenges that we must face and overcome. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health and social services field, RaShanda is dedicated to providing a safe, trusting, and supportive environment for her clients. She understands the importance of confidentiality, nonjudgmental approach, empathy, and positive regard in the therapeutic process. RaShanda takes a collaborative approach, working closely with her clients to find solutions and provide them with the necessary skills to cope with and navigate life’s challenges. She believes that through counseling, clients can gain better insight, reduce stress, improve resiliency, manage symptoms effectively, and live a more conscious and emotionally well life. RaShanda is well-versed in a variety of therapy modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT, and a strength-based approach. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and is currently a Ph.D. Candidate of Psychology at the same institution, working on her dissertation.
