Rebecca Lavallee (LPC)

I am licensed in Idaho and have experienced life in many places and ways, which were part of my journey to becoming a therapist. I have been a military spouse overseas, as well as worked in a county jail and in assisted living. I work with trauma, history of abuse, betrayal trauma, relationship concerns, and boundaries. I am experienced with parenting, ADHD, women’s issues, spirituality, and religious trauma. I work to create an open space free of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
