Shauna Bird (LCSW)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of California. I have had the opportunity to serve in various roles and across a wide age range including pregnancy through end of life transitions for the past 20 years. Experiences including parent bonding and coaching, couples counseling, depression and anxiety, group work, and building a healthy self concept. Therapy approaches includes cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness and meditation practices, behavioral approaches, solution focused methods, family structure building, and attachment and bonding work. It is my belief that personal goal development is also an important part of the treatment plan and process. I am looking forward to building a working relationship with you!
