Sheila Dwyer is a licensed marriage and family therapist with 16 years of experience in the field. Specializing in helping individuals, couples, and families, she is dedicated to assisting others in building healthy connections in their lives. As a relational therapist, Sheila explores how past experiences shape current patterns of relating to oneself and others. She invites clients on a journey of self-discovery and fostering healthy, loving connections. Sheila has a particular interest in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, attachment, couples/relational issues, parenting issues, and grief.
