Dr. Stef Gore

Dr. Stef Gore is a highly qualified and experienced therapist with a BSW and MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and North Carolina and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. Dr. Gore specializes in working with at-risk youth, individuals, and families in crisis, as well as those facing situational challenges. With her extensive training and expertise, she offers individual, family, and couple’s therapy to help her clients navigate through difficult times. Dr. Gore is an active member of her community, participating in various church, professional, and international organizations. She brings nearly two decades of practical life experience to her practice, allowing her to provide a unique and comprehensive perspective to her clients. Dr. Gore’s ultimate goal is to empower her clients, help them find peace, enhance their self-awareness, and become their best selves. She utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavior therapy, family systems therapy, family stress models, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client’s needs.
