I am licensed in Alabama with 3 years of professional counseling experience and 14 years in the field of Social Work. I received my bachelor’s degree in social work in 2010 from the University of South Alabama. In 2012, I received a Master of Social Work Degree from the university of Alabama. I began my career in domestic violence. I have experience working with teens with substance use disorders and mental health. I also have experience in child welfare, public health, and care coordination for children with complex health care needs. I am passionate about helping individuals with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my individuals to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
