I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. During this time, I have supported clients as they walked through mental health roadblocks and obstacle courses in their lives. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to realize their full potential as well as overcome any mental health roadblocks and obstacles standing in their path. I have experience in helping clients with trauma, abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, anxiety and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
