I am a clinically licensed social worker with more than 12 years of experience delivering psychotherapy and supportive counseling to a wide range of clientele. I have worked with individuals dealing with many issues including: depression, anxiety, anger issues, career challenges, and interpersonal deficits. I have also assisted many people who have been diagnosed with PTSD and experienced physical, sexual, and psychological trauma or abuse. I am a counselor that can provide an inviting judgement free zone to explore your issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and avoid labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and strengths-based counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
