I am licensed in Wisconsin with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe that everyone is unique and that it is important to have a toolbox of skills to help you find skills and solutions that will work for you. I enjoy working with teens and families, helping them envision and look forward to their futures, reach their goals, and be successful. I have worked with individuals who struggle with anxiety, anger management, peer difficulties, sensory concerns, have experienced trauma, or have sexually reactive behaviors. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
