I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri with 17 years of experience working as a counselor in private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, divorce and co-parenting, career challenges, ADHD and DSM-V diagnosed mental illnesses. My certifications include: Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP) Certification and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) Certification. I am currently working on certifications in Trauma and Grief. My therapy style is warm, interactive. and informal. I believe in treating all of my clients with respect, compassion, and genuine empathy. My approach combines person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
